Spirit AeroSystems

I was honored with the opportunity to work with Spirit AeroSystems when they brought project proposal to our studio. On our most recent project, I put it a majority of the work into render wrangling and post production. This video shows the compositing breakdown of our animation.

This is an overview of all projects commissioned by Spirit AeroSystems as of July 31st, 2020.

Our team had to develop a pipeline from scratch under tight deadlines. Our first project gave our small team only six weeks to create an engineering video! Skills used include (but are not limited to) fast rigging, motion graphics, photogrammetry, CAD-to-Maya workflows, motion capture, match-moving, and render optimization. Our team also implemented post-production techniques such as the use of render passes and ID passes to perform cleanup in the compositing phase. I even had the opportunity to lead or co-lead a couple of these projects and oversee their development.
